2- Kitna daude- Dosto agar aapne apni daud shuru kar di hai to pahle din jyada nahi daudna chahiye agar aap pahle din jyada daudte hai to aapke pairo me ya kamar me darad hone lagta hai isliye pahle din jyada se jyada 300 meter daudna chahiye or ek baat or bata de aap pahle din kabhi bhi 100 meter ki race na lagaye isse aapko bahut hi jayada nuksan pahunch sakta hai.

3- Jooto ke bina na daude- Dosto humko apne shoes ke bina kabhi bhi nahi dauda chahiye agar aap jooto ke bina aise hi daudte hai to aapke pairo me chale ya kuch bhi nukeeli chiz ghus sakti hai,isliye kabhi bhi bina jooto ke nahi daudna chahiye, or agar aap daudte time jooto ka prayog karte ho to sahi hai lekin kabhi bhi jyada bhari joote pahankar humko nahi daudna chahiye jyada se jyada halke jooton ka hi daudne me prayog karen.

 

4- Dahi ka sarbat – Dosto daudne ke baad humko lagbhag 15 minute ke baad jaroor dahi ka sarbat pee lena chahiye isse hamari running karte samay gai hue energy bapas aa jaati hai, isliye jab bhi kabi daud lagayen to dahi ka sarbat banakr jaroor pee le.

5- Chane khaye- Kam se kam 100 gram kacche chane paani me karib 2 se 3 ghante tak bhigo le or phir unko kha le dosto khane me to bah sahi nahi lagte hai lekin doudne ke liye bahut hi labdhyak hote hai, agar aap aise nahi kha pa rahe hai to ubaal kar bhi kha sakte hai,

6- Nariyal pani ya Anar ka jues- Aap jab bhi daud lagakar aaye tabhi uske karib 20 minute baad aapko nariyal ka paani or anar ka jues pee lena hai yeh hamari body ko bhi badata hai, sharir me kabhi khoon ki kami bhi nahi hone deta hai or iske sath sath yeh hamari daudne ki speed bhi badate hai, isliye dosto in dono ka upyog humko rozana karna hai,
